Its time to get rid of some of the furniture since we're working on remodeling 3 rooms in our home. I had this listed for $250 on craiglist so I'm reducing it down to $100. I will consider offers as well. THis set was over $600 when new, and is around 4 yrs old now. We live in a pet-free home (besides the occasional dust bunny) and also live in a non-smoking home. This is my absolute favorite and comfy piece of furniture but it has to go to make more room for the kitchen table and chairs. The chair and ottoman have a little bit of wear but can be repaired w/a leather repair kit (which I can order for free for you if you decide to get it at a reasonable price).
