Looking to move to Indy as soon as I find a nice home to rent. I am on Section 8 and retired from Nursing. I do busines at IUPUI and would like to find a newer home that has been well maintained. Looking for a 2 bedroom, 1 or 2 bathrooms with central air, attached garage, privacy fence in back yard. Must have good insulation, newer windows or newly remodeled! Must have basement and out away from city or schools. Prefer a quite neighborhood with older adults, and not neighbor to neighbor. If home has a den for a office that would be a plus! Looking for newer appliances also, such as stove, refrigator, washer and dryer.
