Local hospital is seeking a Charge Pharmacist to become a part of this exciting team!

In this role you will work primarily fulltime during the day with a minimal rotation to evening and weekends! Seeking demonstrated leadership to coordinate daily staffing coverages, monitor performance issues, ensure appropriate communication between shifts and arrange orientations and training of new staff members. Must have 2 - 5 years experience in pharmacy in a hospital setting. Bachelors degree in pharmacy required, PharmD preferred. Client will relocate interested candidate but would prefer from nearby states, such as Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin, Illinois. Only apply if interested in Indiana area.
